Deep clean
Our deep clean is a thorough cleaning process that goes beyond a standard clean. This is typically done for our first visit to remove dirt, grime, and buildup that has collected over a longer period of time. The goal of a deep clean is to restore a space to a level of cleanliness that may not have been achieved through standard cleaning.

The specifics of a deep clean vary depending on the setting and level of cleaning needed, but generally involves cleaning areas such as ceiling fans, baseboards, blinds, doors, knobs, trims, light fixtures, light switches, and exterior cabinets.

Standard clean
Our standard clean refers to the process removing dirt, dust, and debris, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas to reduce the spread of germs and bacteria. Ultimately, the goal of a standard clean is to create a safe and healthy environment by removing germs and maintaining a level of cleanliness that is appropriate for the setting.

In a residential setting, a standard clean include tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, dusting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and removing trash.

Move-in/Move-out clean
Our move-in/move-out clean is most often performed when a tenant vacates a rental property at the end of their lease. The purpose of a move out clean is to ensure that the property is left in a clean and presentable condition for the next tenant, and to help the tenant avoid any cleaning fees.

A move out clean typically involves a deep clean of the entire property, including all rooms and spaces. This may include tasks such as cleaning out the refrigerator, cleaning interior windows, wiping out interior cabinets and drawers, scrubbing floors and baseboards, dusting blinds and light fixtures, and disinfecting high-touch areas such as doorknobs and light switches.
